- DUTIES of the following officers:
- President: presides over all meetings.
- Vice President: first assistant to the president; preside at meetings and other functions in the
absence of the president; and carries specific responsibilities for program planning.
- Secretary: is the custodian of all records of the club and furnishes the president several days
in advance of each meeting a list of the business to be conducted.
- Treasurer: is the banker and the custodian of the club funds which includes billing for annual
dues, sending out membership records, assisting in the making of the annual budget, paying all
approved bills, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial statements.
- Reporter: to inform and interest the public in the group and its programs and purposes.
- Parliamentarian: serves as a consultant to the president on procedural matters.
